The Kosher Culinary Training Academy, in partnership with Royal Caribbean International’s Fresh Kosher Dining Program, is dedicated to developing culinary and hospitality professionals who uphold the highest standards of kosher food preparation, guest service, safety, and operational excellence.

Our mission is to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to deliver exceptional kosher dining experiences while maintaining the integrity of kashrut, professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality. Through hands-on training and mentorship, we prepare participants to serve guests with pride, respect, and dedication throughout Royal Caribbean’s worldwide fleet.

Rabbi Dovid Weberman

Rabbi Weberman has been servicing kosher cruise programs since 1997, providing Rabbinical leadership, kosher culinary expertise, operational oversight, and hospitality training across the global fleet.

Administrative Rabbi of Ohev Shalom Congregation, founder of Weberman’s Traditional Foods, and heir to the legendary Weberman & Horowitz-Margareten kosher heritage.
